Edie Sawitsky is a highly respected mentor/coach and problem solver as well as an admired presenter and facilitator.  Her authentic, non-judgmental style has made Edie a sought after resource to clients who wish to enhance their leadership and management skills.

Edie has spearheaded solutions for senior and line management in employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training & development. She has designed and developed full-service Human Resource departments for several top-tier financial services institutions.  Edie also built and managed an innovative Associate program to recruit, train, and retain new talent in a world-class financial services organization.

Prior to co-founding Fundamental Shift, Edie’s successful career included stints at:  Charles Schwab & Co, Shearson Lehman Hutton, The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, and Manufacturers Hanover Trust.

Edie left the corporate world to build and co-manage all aspects of an entrepreneurial retail business from start-up to sale and focused on customer relations, account acquisition, client retention and employee training.

Edie holds a Master of Business Administration in Management, a Master of Arts in Education, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts.  She has also held the NYSE-NASDAQ Registered Representative Series 7 license.
